Managers try to be fair with shift allocation, making sure hours are shared evenly across the team. Supportive managers who listen and value staff input. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow within e-commerce logistics. Fast-paced environment that keeps the work interesting and rewarding. Company is expanding, so there are plenty of opportunities to develop your career as the business grows.

Can get busy during peak sales periods, but the team works together to manage it. Some tasks can feel repetitive at times, but it comes with the nature of warehouse and logistics work. Still a growing company, so some processes are evolving – but leadership is proactive about improving them

Great team to work with, always looking after us and helping as they can. It's fun to work in the warehouse and there are good vibes.

We are paid fortnightly and that could be a little long when we paid a rent every week.
