Pros

The staff discounts are decent

Cons

When issues are raised, nothing is done. The company genuinely fails employees at every turn. When serious systemic failures are raised/formally complained about, prepare to be met with "you aren't the only staff member experiencing this" from the people in charge of that area, as justification for them doing nothing despite knowing of the issue prior to you raising it. They will repeat that, dismiss you, in order to get you to drop it. There's a major disconnect between corporate/office-only employees who don't listen to "on-the-floor" employees who have boots on the ground. Whenever issues are raised, they are dismissed unless the issues impact the business from an operational standpoint. So, working culture wise, frustrating and depressing, especially if the issues are serious and having a major impact on your wellbeing. Some things management have said is honestly unbelievable. If I was asked to describe the culture in one word, it would be "dismissive".

Pros

Skycity cares about stuffs; working at a really stunning town; it's not 24 hours open, so less pressure; free training to start the professional work;

Cons

Night-shift is not good for health; as a dealer, have to spend years of years to be promoted; company benefit for dealer is not good.
