Many cons where to start from 1. Seniors have lack of technical and domain knowledge. 2. No friendly environment. Some seniors are very rude. 3. Non professional environment. 4. If you started working here you will not feel that you are working in IT company. 6. Seniors hesitate to pass their knowledge to new joiners. 7. No work life balance. 8. Rude Managers. They will talk on your personal life which is not at all professional. And they will treat you as a labour not employees. 9.
