Business outlook
Pros
Staff are friendly and caring. Often opportunities to progress. Overtime rates, but only if you work over 44hrs, paid for any elearning done at home. High standard of care is expected
Cons
Staff do not like moving units and some staff are allowed to refuse. Very stressful working environment. ALL of upper management are friends and have been for years and cannot keep anything private. If you’re in management you’re pretty much on call 24/7, other managers messaging you with things needing done, staff messaging about sickness, working in your personal time at home is almost expected. Constant maintenance issues that owners take ages to get fixed.
