Staff do not like moving units and some staff are allowed to refuse. Very stressful working environment. ALL of upper management are friends and have been for years and cannot keep anything private. If you’re in management you’re pretty much on call 24/7, other managers messaging you with things needing done, staff messaging about sickness, working in your personal time at home is almost expected. Constant maintenance issues that owners take ages to get fixed.

Very understanding manager helped me a lot with some issues I had in my private life her door was always open always puts her staff first. The care staff are a fantastic bunch of people it really is one big team
