1. Worst work life balance. Hectic work schedule. 2. Very sad studio environment. 3. No seasonal festive celebration. Not even Diwali. 4. Always Delay in salary for 2-3months. End of second months, we get half month salary and asking us to wait for another month. 5. No FNF settlement done to ex employees. 6. Ex employees do not receive the previous 2-3 months salary payment after putting paper from the organisation. 7. Mental suppression by the CEO when asked for the monthly salary. 8. All truthful google reviews disappear. 9. Toilets hygiene is also a major concern for the employees working. 10. No PF structure; hence bank loans rejected. 11. No employee benefits, no insurance.
