0. Salary is delayed every single month, salary pay itself is on 15th of every month but that also is delayed by at least 2 weeks 1. Work-life balance - absolute zero 2. HR - worst ever, no proper anything from this department 3. Unreasonable expectations, and tight deadlines for every project. I have worked for 2 years and there's never been a project with a decent timeline 4. Boss loves to treat you like a slave. 5. Very less projects come to life after the concept stage they do a lot of pitching and give unrealistic pictures to the client. Ends badly every single time. 6. Boss loves to take any work that comes his way, regardless he has a suitable team to work on It or not, then try to rub it on you by saying "need of the hour" .
