You will learn so much, and from people who are always willing to teach and share knowledge. Everyone is passionate about their jobs, and are dedicated workers who know how to get along. There's lots of benefits that make sense, and they do listen when you speak out.
Cons
Pay is what you'd expect working for an agency... which is the main reason why so many talented folks are leaving. They will trust you with a lot of responsibility which of course means growth professionally, but no growth in your bank account. Working for them is a great opportunity, really, for you to hone skills and be with highly motivated people. Mind the costs both for your body and your pocket though.
