Pros
They don't shy away from giving you advice and helping you to become better not just at work but also personal life as well. The company ethos is great and you feel like you are part of a family with incentives, days out and dinners to get to know everyone. If you want to become the mast of success this is the place to be with regular promotions and work your way up the ladder.
Cons
None I can think of right now, the team is starting to get better and better with each day and old habits have gone and in with the new!
