I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years at this point. The transition from Canada to China was very smooth, thanks to the HR team. The school is very welcoming and friendly. I felt at home from the very first day I arrived. I was provided with accommodation until I was able to find my own living arrangements. The classes are well equipped and clearly structured, making it very easy for a teacher to slot into a routine, regardless of experience. I am very pleased with the rate of pay and appreciate the ability to receive bi-yearly salary increases depending on performance.

Some other companies offer more vacation time; however, those companies may require work-up days (infrequently required at Smart Kids), sales type actives, no compensation for housing, and additional parent-teacher interactions that aren't a part of your job at Smart Kids.
