This company has the purpose to over pay the management because the CMO and head of operations are father and daughter and the highest paid in the company with no relevant experience and qualifications. The only qualifications they have is that they are the girlfriend and father in law of the CEO. Pay your employees honestly as much as you pay your family in the business.

High salaries of incapable management that are related or in a relationship with the founder and CEO plus ridiculous high management fee paid to CEO and company cars for the family with “special” parking only for the management.

The team is international, caring for eachother and helpful. The company vision is where we aim for, which is to make food and water a basic human right. Can’t wait to see it happening everywhere we go 😊
