Where do I start? This company is a complete mess now. A sinking ship so to speak. First off, so many people have left the head office in the last year it’s really alarming. There’s been so many district manager changes, new processes, heavy workload and no one is managing how this translates to the store level. HR team is completely useless. They announced there was going to be more transparency with career opportunities within the organization. Then, the first two major promotions they gave from the field to corporate they didn’t let anyone know till it already happened. Really? And there is also no accountability for missed shifts. A person can basically call out whenever they want with little to no accountability from the HR team, and you can be on a leave as long as you want. So if you like to miss work, join SMCP. Oh yeah and if anything ever should go wrong, if you don’t exactly follow the call out/Covid policy, HR will quickly blame the Store Manager when there is no accountability for their own actions and/or unresponsiveness. Think really hard before you apply. There’s a reason why there is so many open positions with this Company.
