If I had to choose any, it would be the wages.
Cons
There is no training provided at all. They tell you that you will spend your first day with someone being trained, in reality you’re left on your own after 10 minutes expected to be at the same pace as everyone else remembering everything you’ve only been shown for 5 minutes.
