Pros
SMS looks at every employee as a family member. Whether you're the President or a Cable Technician, you feel welcome. This is something that was very important to me when I made the decision to come work for them. Management has a clear direction for growth and outstanding past performance- because of this our company has been growing rapidly which is important for someone like me who was looking for a stable job.
Cons
As SMS continues to grow, they will need more office space. As of now, the corporate office is completely full. With growth will come more administrative needs so they need to prepare for that.
