Good people, pay is not that good - Tier 2 Technical Support SMS Data Products Group Employee Review

Thanks for posting a review. I agree that SMS is full of good, hardworking, and talented people. I'm sorry you feel our salaries are low. We do a substantial amount of research annually to ensure compensation is fair, reasonable and matches compensation data per location. Hopefully during the recent evaluation cycle, your pay increased to a number you are happy with. Our Edwards team is great promoting from within as well, so there is a good opportunity for growth on the team.
