Team dinner and lunch that happens once in a while.
Cons
1. Ot culture is encouraged. If you don't perform OT they will think you very free. 2. Yearly evaluation is waste of time when they don't read. And you cannot comment or suggest anything about the higher management problems or issues. 3. Leaders who doesn't give clear instructions, no communication among the senior leaders as well. 4. No career progression. 5. Controlled leaves application, it will be difficult to apply more than 5 working days. 6. Reorganization happens suddenly and randomly and we are expected to deal with it ourselves. You can suddenly be doing something u have not done before with an unreasonable timeline, you have to OT to learn and study and complete within the timeline because they like to see you OT and work hard. 7. Backwards moving company, no innovation and streamline of processes. 8. When the leaders ask you to do something, they want your 100% when you seek their advice they might just MIA. 9. High turnover rate. But no replacement. Engineers who stay have to take over extra job. Vicious cycle. 10. Ship related industry but don't expect high bonus in this company, work and bonus is not directly proportionate.
