      Good working environment with open snack and drinks Tough load of work but is compensated with bonus and leaves

      Cons

      Sometimes few projects are overlapped. Then the work load can be concentrated over certain period.

      Benefits are normal(Welfare etc) Leaves are sufficient Every few months company lunch

      Cons

      -Work culture is not there(people are in their own cliché) -Reporting head is always a Korea(there is always a barrier between you and your head: communication and hardly see them in office). - Doing the same work as always - No learning opportunities in the company expect you to learn it outside of work - You are always in a losing end as company favours Korean more.
