Pros

I was going to log into my account and came across a negative review someone wrote on here about them which made me just HAVE to write back because *****it's very obvious to person who left that 1star is just a competitor trying to lure people away from working with SMS******* I've been with this company since 2014, one of the first ones to start servicing under them. Since day one they were ALWAYS very response and the IBO even goes out of her way to answer questions outside of office hours and even at 2AM sometimes. Not only do they help at anytime but they have 24/7 tech support too! I've been servicing the cable client and haven't had any issues in years. You can view mine and several other peoples REVIEWS on their facebook page or website www.facebook.com/smsvirtualsolutions I love scheduling my own hours and i don't know what i'd do without this company bc i'm a stay at home mom with three kids to raise, no way I could afford daycare lol!

Cons

The only thing I have bad to say is the fact that since youre working from home you dont get that 'in person' communication, social setting, BUT SMS has private online groups she puts you in after servicing to mingle with others to help lift and support each other.

Pros

You get to select the days and times you want to work. You can modify when you want to work at anytime without having to have permission or reason. You get paid every two weeks and they send your funds via ACH direct deposit so it's quick and simple. The team responds quickly when you need them. They have 24/7 technical support. They over communicate which means lots of emails but also I'm always kept up to date and know what's going on. You can work from home or travel and work. Easy to do with kids as a parent or retired.

Cons

Sometimes hours can be limited but I knew this only offered part time hours to begin with. On average I work roughly 18 hours per week but I could work 32 if I wanted, just don't want to. Only other con is it's remote work so you rely on internet which means outages do happen that can impact your work.

Pros

None at all cause they lazy

Cons

These guys don’t communicate EVER, don’t give required payment information, they expect you to sit in some lowzy training for 20+ hours and have the audacity to require self pace work but whoever runs this company doesn’t show up to work to answer any necessary questions that the agents have. You’re essentially getting scammed of your time and money cause they won’t pay you. And if anyone thinks I’m just lying, I can send screenshots of the inconsistent work ethic at this company that is shown over and over again.
