Thank for your taking the time to leave this honest review. We’re sorry to learn that your experience while working at SNAP was negative and you were unable to maintain an open dialogue with your manager to voice these concerns while you were here.
To add to your comment regarding the rate at which we hire - we are a growing organization and are continually adding new roles to our repertoire. It’s a shame you view this exciting time for us as negative.
With regards to social activities, we continually plan and organise team events including end of year holiday parties, our annual Halloween theme events, Chinese New Year celebrations, free donut Fridays and free lunch Fridays to name a few, between our Toronto and Vancouver offices . We appreciate that this may not have been your experience without knowing the dates you were employed.
