Easy of access to senior management. Huge investments in our professional development (training, certification, time-off for seminars, etc.) Fun place to work with a "family" type atmosphere. Good understanding of the Federal contracting business and believes in providing quality engineering resources to DOD clients. Flexible in working with me when time off was needed for personal reasons. Easy-going management staff with a hard-working work ethic. Fair in the dealings with partners, clients, and us (employees).
