Pros

Massages on Tuesdays/Thursdays You get to go home at the end of the day.

Cons

- Out of touch management - Unattainable targets plucked out of thin air - Managers promoted based on favouritism, rather than merit - evidenced by when asking for their assistance or thoughts on an issue, they have no opinion to give, blame you for making a mistake, or ask why you can't do your own job. - Written and verbal warnings waved around like tissues at a funeral - Job descriptions change quicker than the weather in England - Zero flexibility - god forbid you get stuck in traffic and you're one minute late - A serious lack of care for staff wellbeing - outside of the token gesture of a massage to ease the stress the job put there in the first place - High staff turnover - less than 10% of staff make it to 2 years service

Pros

Leaving, The worst employment experience of my life.

Cons

The MD and COO treat people terribly. Awful bullying by the two at the top because they are sad, lonely people who make the staff here think they're doing you a favour by employing you. No one stays, get out while you can before they rob more of your soul.
