Pros
The community here is great, you'll meet a lot of nice people.
Cons
- poor pay
- no opportunity for growth
- you're a 1099 but they often ask you to work like an employee but offer no benefits or extra / increased pay that's worthwhile
- Not a serious place for a personal trainer.
- no support for staff
- no communication within the company
- basically forced to push the CEO's program, which is something different than boot camps alone and more money for the client
- often said they couldn't pay staff more or even fix/replace equipment but ordered a confusion message of how well they're doing and what they can do for the community, just sort of forget about staff.
