7yWell, we do, indeed, have a quality workforce. SOLUTE has a great reputation and we are growing fast. We would not stay in business if we did not take care of our clients and our employees. As CEO, I don't really make individual hiring decisions. Sometimes things don't work out, probably best that this person just moved on.
