Pros

I work in the main office not in the field. Everyone is seemingly nice. Free lunches and a hybrid schedule.

Cons

There are a few. I was really shocked how low the pay is for most of the people who do the majority of the work. My pay is pretty low but I of course knew that going in and I'm on the bottom level of my chain. Even up this chain it doesn't seem like much of a great salary especially living in California. With how often it's touted that the company is growing, I'm not sure why the wages aren't. What's worse is I think they pay their field technicians around $20 an hour and for what is asked of them doesn't seem worth it to me. They don't seem to know what's going on? They're still trying to find their footing with generally being organized. Lots of top level talking heads which is always weird. Their internal systems are terribly outdated technology wise. Diversity and Inclusion is not talked about much but they have started a committee so we'll see where that goes. I think they require some employees to be in the office more days during the week than people who are higher up or who have been there the longest. This is kind of unfair. Generally it kind of feels like everyone is winging it. Their communication and procedures are kind of all over the place.

Pros

I had a great internship experience. The team was friendly and supportive, and I received reasonable training to help me get started. I also had the opportunity to complete my own project, which gave me valuable hands-on experience. Overall, it was a positive and meaningful learning experience

Cons

There were not many downsides, although I was a little disappointed that a return offer was not possible because the team was no longer hiring when my internship ended.
