Pros
I wasn't sure if I believed it during my interview, but the SD office and the teams virtually are professional but also relatable. Free lunch, nice coffee, free swag gift cards annually, modern office, and nice tech for remote employees. This has been a pleasant surprise to someone who has worked across the energy industry and can speak to other types of the biggest employers!
Cons
Folks have lots of meetings, so you need to prompt them. Like most engineering firms, everyone can be serious but once you make a joke they all laugh and relax.
