Pros

Invested in their employees by hosting company conferences, allowing employees to attend industry conferences, and employee education. Annual raises, yearly bonus, company clothing. Lots of travel opportunities.

Cons

Salary compensation does not consider the amount of overtime that is required to complete the tasks of the day to day responsibilities. Responsibilities usually require 10-12 hours a day, not 8.

Pros

Direct interactions with B2B and Corporate decision makers, typically in outdoor settings and not limited to constant desk work.

Cons

Acquisition by foreign global company Rentokil created massive departures of SLM President, Executives, Directors, Managers, Biologists and Technicians. Budget reductions equaled lack of crucial equipment necessary to maintain or acquire Customers against numerous local competitors with exponentially superior equipment and pricing. Estimated 70% loss of North America staff and personnel from SOLItude Lake Management within just 1 year.
