-Good exposure on how the mill operates daily -Accommodation, electric and water provided -Friendly colleague and workers

-Moving forward, staff accommodation should be prepare before he/she move in. A lot of maintenance need to be issued by myself to the clerk. -Documents still in hardcopies. Its more systematic to secure document in cloud. -Improve the staff parking as it gets muddy when raining -The PC provided in office is outdated. Expose to security threats.
