Not a healthy environment - Architect SOSHNY Employee Review

The vibe in the office is not a healthy one, there are tons of drama that happen. Minimum direction is given or training. since I started just under 2 months 2 people were fired, most people in the office are less then a year except for couple of senior people that have been there. Not a big company as they split from the parent company
