Pros
Base compensation is competitive but bonus potential is not based on performance but rather whether or not a manager likes you that day.
Cons
Leadership does not value its employees and does not understand (nor provide) the necessary tools and resources for staff to succeed. They expect perfection and try to make you feel inferior when you fall short (in their eyes). It is nearly impossible to succeed which is why turnover in the Operations office in Reston is extremely high. The culture is brutal!
