Varied responsibilities, pleasant work environment, food perk from leftovers when doing demos. Boss that hired me was a real gem.

After working there for 4 years, some changes were made internally to push me out of a job. People were brought in from abroad to take over the office functionality. The office staff (although small) were replaced with little or no notice.
