Toxic. Male dominated. Worst company I have ever worked for. If you are a women in tech it will be difficult if not impossible to move up in the company. I actually asked a female sr manager in one of the tech departments any advice for a women in tech in this company and she told me don’t trust them. This should have been the red flag but I stayed another year. Went from the worst company here to the best, advice don’t join the dev team as a woman.
