Pros
Good hours and they work with your schedule so it is very flexible! When you're busy the day flies by and when it's slow you can basically do whatever you want to pass the time.
Cons
No upward mobility. Favorites get more hours. A lot of turnover and changes to how you do the job can be frustrating.
