      Good work life balance and nice colleague

      Cons

      Low basic salary, no hybrid work, inability to match higher salaries outside , mundane work, no opportunities to learn new things.. promotion is not by merit, is by your length of stay

      • can dress down to work (more like i didnt care) • safety first

      Cons

      • unwilling to convert contract staff to perm staff • keep changing contract staff's job scope and making them go to another section in the company (if you reject they wont continue you)
