- Very toxic work environment in the 132kV major projects team - Director sacked for a bullying culture - Bullying and discriminatory culture endemic - Director left behind a lying, obnoxious and ego-centric manager who has promoted yes men around him - Same manager has forced out several very experienced and knowledgeable staff, senior and junior managers - Also promoted incompetent and poorly experienced yes-men into senior positions - HQ in Glasgow and Spain seem oblivious to what is going on in the SP Manweb patch - Low moral in the Project Management and engineering teams most of whom have left or are planning to leave - Promotions carried out for only close friends of the senior manager
