Pros
Small team of workers could build really friendly atmosphere to make work much easier and enjoyable. I am actually working in SPAR where everyone is friend with everyone, yet it might depend where you are working and who with. Flexible when it comes to shifts, I need Friday off, I can easily swap it with other worker.
Cons
Low staff discount, people working harder don't get noticed by management, and the people that work the hardest and care about the place the most get most complains from managers about work not being done by the lazy workers, which the people that work the most are getting blamed for.
