The entire company is disorganised. I was absolutely shocked at how unprofessional they are. Can't keep control of their stock, wastage, they can't even seem to pay anyone correctly. There are at least 5 people from our 20 man work force that are currently owed money (underpaid wages). Manager is always too busy to bother doing it, neither does the area or regional manager seem too concerned either. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Stay away! Go get a job at Sainsburys, or Aldi.
