Pros
Uniform is comfortable, team was great in terms of work and social life, customers were mostly friendly, got to know some regulars on a personal level.
Cons
Managers and assistant managers don't care for anyone but themselves, company does not abide by their modern slavery statement, staff being harassed and managers not doing anything resulting in staff leaving, one staff member made to work whilst physically sick, quit a few weeks after, very little opportunities for career advancements, was on minimum hours and made it clear I was looking for more, only to find the company advertising a job with more hours than I had at the same store, they need to prioritise current workers, overall the team were fine and friendly, customers loyal and interested in staff and company, it's just a shame the higher ups let stores and staff down.
