      Some nice people that care about the work. Feels nice to help others.

      Cons

      Toxic, no structure. No performance reviews. ED plays favourites and is manipulative. Her way or the highway, does not accept feedback.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the job were the first in nine years to get a rage working with the parent disable child. She the mother said I were the best she ever had.

      Cons

      Wish she still stay in Chatham, IL but moved out of town. So worked ended and I haven't found any work since November 2014.

      The ED is problematic, picks and chooses who she likes, if she doesn't like you, you will be micro managed out
