It has a goodwill with communities and people look up to this organization with respect.

Toxic and unpredictable environment. No established standards for project planning and delivery. Hard to work on logic and knowledge, employees need to rely more on gossip and boss pleasing attitude. Very hard to perform team work as no one wants to learn new things. Micromanagement and nit-picking along with archaic ancient methods are used for project management, I would say even Dinosaurs have moved on from the work style that is used here.

Mission is great. Work hours are short and it's a unionized environment.

Gossip and politics abound, starting with the ED. She is conflict-avoidant and plays games rather than working through challenges. Other staff follow her example and treat each other poorly.
