Pros
Rewarding experience dealing with hotels, clients, attendees and exhibitors. Travel for on-site meetings, including the client's annual meeting and sometimes planning meeting. Very flexible work schedule until you get closer to the annual meeting, then it's all hands on deck.
Cons
May have longer days the closer you get to the annual meetings and during the annual meetings while onsite.
