Art is everywhere. Opportunity to contribute ideas. Very creative. Working with kids and getting them to explore their creativity is fun.

Morale low. Trajectory of company unclear. Interview did not explain how much physical labor was involved. High turnover.

Location is visually pleasing. Flexible Hours.

Higher staff is unorganized and does not understand what how hard part-time staff works. Higher staff make situations more stressful and difficult when they try to override situations that part-time staff have already handled. Not all higher staff are appropriately trained to handle children and their needs. CEO is not fond of POC. Low amount of hours. They do not want to pay you any overtime or give you hours, but want you to do a ton of work. Require a degree but pay does not reflect having one.
