      Pros

      Wonderful team and people. Flexibility, good work-life balance, and good benefits. Nice office environment. Diversity of clients and experiences within the role. Day-to-day was always different, which kept the job fresh.

      Cons

      Breadth of role hard to grasp as a new employee. Steep learning curve & fast paced. Pay should have been higher for level of responsibility and skills required to be successful at the job.

      Sparks is great, they have great leadership and a fun culture. Employees stay there a long time. They often have fun events at work and there is room for growth.
