No leadership, no communication, parent company Dragados calls the shots and all they care about is money. Employees are nothing to them. They walk past you like you are an empty coffee cup on the sidewalk. People retire after 30 yrs and not a word is mentioned. Execs make $500k but employees can’t get bonuses or raises unless they threaten to quit. Only a matter of time before the company goes under. They already have a horrible rep in the construction industry.
