Poor management. Some are average or below average but egotistical because of the title they hold. Respect not earned but demanded. Favoritism Limited career advancement Substantial waste of resources without accountability. Dysfunctional interaction of departments (operations, estimating and engineering), which makes collaboration challenging. All trying to cover their backs and not hesitating to throw each other under the bus.
