Pros
The company was very aggressive during the onboarding process, which enabled me to get back to work quicker.
Cons
Communication with my manager at this company was very frustrating. After leaving voicemails for him, I would regularly have to contact one of his colleagues to have them ask him to return my calls. Also, when my contract was ended at the company I had been placed at, I was not made aware of it beforehand; and when I went to work the next morning, my card wouldn't let me into the building; and when I finally did gain entrance, I discovered that my log-in credentials at the computer also no longer worked. I was quickly taken aside and told by my direct supervisor that Spectraforce should have told me it was ended the evening before, but had neglected to do so. Needless to say, this was very awkward and embarrassing. I finally ended up getting a call from the manager at Spectraforce, notifying me of the contract ending, AFTER I had already arrived at the unemployment office. Since that time, I have tried to contact the same manager for follow-up purposes, but have not gotten a single response. This company made me feel very "used;" and once I was no longer needed, my efforts to communicate were completely disregarded. I would suggest to anyone that is contacted by them for employment, to think twice....there are plenty of other employment agencies to choose from.
