      Pros

      Free tea bags and milk in the coffee room.

      Cons

      Not enough engineers across the company to cover the clients maintenance. Subcontracts didn't get paid so clients would have constant problems and Spie would be put on stop so. Finance team a shambles.

      Pros you work alone, no one is ever nagging.

      Cons you literally sitting in your car all day & they don’t reimburse you for the gas you used during your shift.
