Great first job that provides a ton of knowledge through experience. Good group of people in the engineering team and a lot of ownership and autonomy for work done.

Sometimes too fast and disorganized. Can feel like more domain knowledge training is required.

Good opportunity to learn new things. Small company with lots of growth potential. Excellence is required.

Wasted a lot of time. Almost three months. Writing tech research papers, doing labs, cramming reading, constant interviewing. To be flown out to do a presentation, got a low ball offer letter the next day. Then rescinded the offer. Not very professional !! Not very forthcoming !! Completely blindsided.
