I’m a contractor and it is really difficult to get a hold of the office staff that are preparing the rota. You can make multiple calls and send out multiple emails and texts hoping for an answer and no one bothers to answer the calls or reply to the emails or text messages. This isn’t a one off thing but is something that happens all the time.
