shifts tend to be very flexible, gained valuable experience relevant to real life, usually always the opportunity for more hours, varying locations, can refer friends to work there
Cons
outside in weather conditions, some HOA’s member systems are complicated, handling chemicals, physically demanding, occasional harassment as with any job providing direct customer service
