I really enjoyed the people I worked with. No company is perfect but this one strives for it.

Being bought out. Who knows what the future holds.

The company is small. Most projects are 20x20 with no budget.

The biggest problem you will encounter at Spoon as a 3d designer is the lack of respect from the HR and the rest of the staff. They don't value designers, that is why it's a revolving door. The two remaining owners are about to retire. I don't see this company surviving the next four years.
